These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, programs, digital products, emails, WhatsApp communication, and all related materials (collectively, the “Services”).


By using the Services—including entering your email, downloading the checklist, joining the WhatsApp broadcast, or purchasing a product—you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or purchase our Services.

3. Description of services

We offer:

a) Free content & funnel materials

  • Instagram posts

  • Free email signup

  • Job Freedom Starter Checklist

  • Email series

  • WhatsApp broadcast channel

  • General educational content

b) Paid products

  1. 6-Phase Job Freedom Program™ – one-time payment, access to digital training.

  2. Job Freedom Consulting Collective™ – recurring subscription, access to group consulting community.

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

4. No guarantees — results not guaranteed

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Job results

  • Financial outcomes

  • Business performance

  • Income levels

  • Success of any kind

Examples and testimonials are illustrative only.

Your results depend solely on your own decisions, skills, and effort.

5. No professional advice (summary)

The Services do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, psychological, employment, or other professional advice.

6. Personal responsibility & assumption of risk

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You act at your own risk

  • You are responsible for your own decisions

  • We are not liable for your results or outcomes

You release us from all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Payments, subscriptions & refund policy

a) Payments

All payments must be completed through our third-party processors (Systeme.io, Circle.so, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

b) 6-Phase Job Freedom Program™ (one-time payment)

  • Digital product

  • Non-refundable under all circumstances

  • Immediate access is granted; therefore, no cancellations are possible

c) Job Freedom Consulting Collective™ (subscription)

  • Monthly or yearly subscription

  • Renews automatically unless canceled

  • You may cancel anytime; cancellation applies to the next billing cycle. You can do that here, if you paid with credit card, or here, if you paid with PayPal.

  • No refunds for partial billing periods

d) Refunds if we discontinue the Collective

If we permanently discontinue the Collective and you have prepaid future months, you will receive a pro-rated refund for unused time.

This refund policy is final and overrides any statements elsewhere.

8. Account access rules

You must:

  • Keep login details confidential

  • Not share or sell access

  • Not distribute program materials

  • Use the Services for personal use only

We may revoke access for violations.

9. Intellectual property

All program materials, text, videos, frameworks, branding, downloads, and community content are protected by copyright.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Share

  • Sell

  • Publicly display

  • Redistribute

  • Create derivative works

Violations may lead to legal action.

10. Community rules (Consulting Collective™)

You agree:

  • Not to harass or harm other members

  • Not to share internal content externally

  • Not to give unqualified legal/financial advice

  • To be respectful and constructive

We may remove members at our discretion with no refund.

11. No guarantee of availability

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous access

  • No downtime

  • Error-free functionality

  • Availability of specific features or modules

We are not responsible for outages by third-party tools such as Systeme.io, Circle.so, Zapier, Stripe, WhatsApp, or Google.

12. Service modification & discontinuation

We may modify or discontinue the 6-Phase Job Freedom Program™ or the Job Freedom Consulting Collective™ at any time.

If discontinued:

Program (one-time purchase):

  • Minimum 30 days’ notice

  • No refunds

Collective (subscription):

  • Minimum 30 days’ notice

  • Pro-rated refunds for prepaid future months

Your sole remedy is the refunds described above.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or negative outcomes

  • We are not liable for decisions you make based on our content

  • We are not liable for third-party platform actions or failures

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Services.

14. Third-party tools

We use external platforms, including:

  • Systeme.io

  • Circle.so

  • Zapier

  • Stripe / PayPal

  • WhatsApp

  • Google Analytics

We are not responsible for their performance, errors, or policies.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your actions or decisions

  • Your breach of these Terms

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion.
You may stop using the Services anytime.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United Stats of America.

18. Changes to terms

We may update the Terms anytime.
Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
